Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your Clementine Coast pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- All original tags and labels must remain attached.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, free from stains, makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, odors, alterations, or damage.
- A return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase or the original order information is required.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
When your return is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, less the cost of the return shipping label.
Please allow several business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund after it has been issued.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
